I had a flat tire on my BMW R100GSPD while riding from New Mexico to Wisconsin. I was able to seal the puncture with a "Stop-N-Go" Tire Plug (great stuff) and used Co2 cartridges to re-inflate it. I used my GPS to find the nearest Wal-Mart so I could buy some more cartridges. While wandering around the auto parts section I saw this SLIME AIR PUMP. I liked the fact that it came with Alligator Clips as BMW doesn't use a standard cig lighter. I decided to buy it as a "backup" to my C02. Well, this thing works great! It can inflate a Motorcycle tire in just a couple minutes! And even though it says not to hold it in your hand, the only part that gets hot is the fitting where the hose screws into the pump. Now I carry this pump with me whenever I ride. So far (8 months) it has held up to off-road riding too. Definately a great product.
